We may get to 52000 and the removal of three rows of houses will give us the backward space for more corporate facilities, but realistically United's extra 23000 seats will give them the edge. A 20 year plan includes a new stadium, my guess is that JWH has a 5 year exit strategy.Joehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11400147454988992591noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1155333190446476445.post-1158099362866259972012-06-19T00:07:48.910+01:002012-06-19T00:07:48.910+01:00Good article. He’s not been able to find one and so now we have this carefully choreographed PR campaign to convince everyone that redevelopment is the only option. A redeveloped main stand would give him the corporate facilities he needs to raise his per seat revenue at minimal cost. Revenue increases will come from corporate, media and commercial (any increase in capacity would be incidental) and five years down the line he has tripled the value of his investment when he sells the club.IDLnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1155333190446476445.post-80193361909061728652012-06-17T16:50:21.524+01:002012-06-17T16:50:21.524+01:00Thanks for the comment. The additional revenue comes through the better corporate facilities. Time will tell on all fronts.Joehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11400147454988992591noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1155333190446476445.post-89960242972072140742012-06-17T16:08:40.625+01:002012-06-17T16:08:40.625+01:00I agree that JWH never picked United from the list...I agree that JWH never picked United from the list...but you didn't cover his whole interview too...
JWH also mentioned how ticket price get hiked when any team shift from one stadium to a new one...though I am in India but I can guess it is the least Liverpool fans wantAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1155333190446476445.post-42647208561284851512012-06-17T10:37:11.199+01:002012-06-17T10:37:11.199+01:00You're welcome Joe :)

Mr Henry does indeed need to 'act now' before we fall further and further behind our competitors.

Great piece Joe #YNWAitzsoeezeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13637935376010063653noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1155333190446476445.post-10897180430649895742012-06-16T20:40:11.138+01:002012-06-16T20:40:11.138+01:00This comment has been removed by the author.Alexander Unwinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14749318298867729380noreply@blogger.com
